You can check what passes you are paying for by going to My Account/Bills & payments, where you can decide which, if any, you want to keep paying for, and which you would prefer to cancel.
Then you can cancel those (e.g. Hayu) for yourself by going to My Account/Passes & vouchers, and going through the four-step cancellation process on each one.
One step of the cancellation will offer you a cheaper deal instead, to try and retain you, so it may be worth going this far even on passes you want to continue, to save yourself some money.
But of course, even this is not much good if you can’t reliably watch NowTV.
What are you trying to watch NowTV on, that you are having these issues with?
Who is your ISP? Are the rest of your internet services working OK?
