Being asked to buy a second pass

Hi

 

i wander if anyone can help. My Now TV has been off over a week now. Being asked to purchase a voucher. That would be fine if I didn’t already have an active voucher for which my payment was made in Friday for another month but still unable to watch anything on the Entertainment package that I am paying for. 

 

I have never ever really had any issue with Now TV over the years.

The usual cause of this problem is that you have two accounts, and you bought the pass on one, but you are looking at the other one instead.

 

How do you know that the payment was made Friday; is this just from looking at your bank account, or does it show up in My Account/Bills & payments, on the account where you are being asked to buy a pass?

 

And can you please check there, and also in My Account/Passes & vouchers, to see what shows up there?

 

If you can see the payment for an Entertainment pass last Friday, but no pass shown running, then you need to get on to Live Chat as described at the bottom of my post here.

 

But if this is not the case, then I suggest that you check your account details on the affected device, make a note of them, log out, and then log in again with what you think your account details are.

On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
