Misleading and hidden charges process with boost

Now TV is using misleading and sneaky tricks with the billing process with the "Boost" plan which they add automatically, and terms and conditions are purposely buried in the fine print, which leads to automatic renewal, and then subsequent cancellations.

This thread is for customers who share similar views and feel are being cheated by customer services have all the reasons to dismiss to details for not reading the fine. The objective is to assess if there are enough numbers who seek transparency from the front, and if there is any option to report/bring attention to relevant authorities.

@redchiz1  reports that Now have mended their ways:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
