Membership

I recently bought a sky sports day pass n it said it came with a sky sports mobile membership lasting for 6 months but membership doesn’t seem to be working as I can’t watch sky sports however I can watch sports news. Any suggestions?

As it been 10 working days since you purchased the Day Sports Membership? 

Where it can take 10 working days for NOW to automatically apply the Mobile Sports Membership to your account.

Under your online account is there anything showing for the Mobile Sports Membership under My Memberships?

One of the FAQ mentions that you will be emailed once the NOW Mobile Sports Membership is automatically added to your account which can take up to 10 working days.
