Membership being charged but no active membership or transaction but money coming out my bank help!!

This is really annoying me since February I have had £9.99 plus £5.00 coming out of my bank account and I don’t even use this service. Just literally made a account on my phone and some how my bank card is already stored and I not used it. I do own a stick but have never used the actual now bit, never activated now passes!!! Help. How do I stop this. Why can’t i speak with a human on the phone. I want my card taken off your system. Stop taking my money.
