For some reason my kit for broadband hasn't arrived yet and I'm 2 days away from the live date. Also I've been trying to open Live Chat for the past few days and it just won't open. I've been trying to get in touch with your agents but the button for opening Live Chat is just completely broken.
Not a good first impression when I have had major difficulties with Virgin Media prior. I'd expect at least some correspondence or at the very least, compensation for the "unsuccessful delivery". The "delivery" hasn't even been attempted, I'm sure of that. My Royal Mail guy always delivers packages and never fails. I've also contacted my local depot and it's not there either.
