I signed up for the Now TV trial and attempted to cancel the membership, but was unsuccessful. I've been charged multiple times despite reaching out for assistance. Even when speaking with someone, they couldn't locate my account. I'm requesting a refund as the communication for support has been inadequate. Despite trying all avenues and documenting conversations via email, I couldn't get through. After numerous attempts, I finally managed to cancel, but I've been charged over £40. Can this issue be addressed promptly for a refund?

Secondly, there are NO straight up free trials for signing up with. The only exceptions are boost and cinema memberships when you take out one of the offers on this page.
