Delay in installation

Not good start with NOW broadband services .

Keep rcvind messages from them for delay in router delivery and engineer visit.Visit planned for 9th Nov and I am still waiting for their response on my router delivery and installation date.Need firm date on the same.

Hope to here from them soon.Need to sort this thing on an immediate bases.

The router is not delivered by NOW, that’s via Royal Mail. As for your go live date, this is managed by OpenReach and what dates they have free.

Have you contacted the broadband team? Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the number.

Yes got feedback from them that actual installation date will be given by openreach, in my case I am still waiting for the same from last month.
