I have received my last bank statements and I'm being billed 22 a month and don't have an account can someone please help me

If this is one amount, that would likely be Now Broadband.
Call the Broadband Team on 0330 041 2518 to get this sorted out.
If it is several amounts, though, that would be Now memberships.
