I’m deaf. I want to cancel now broadband installation and all I get is a phone number. I will be complaining to outside bodies about this. Can someone please point me to how to cancel, in this day and age, without employing another person and destroying my dignity and autonomy? Thanks. By the way you couldn’t pay me to use a company that has no email or chat option for deaf people…
