Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

Welcome to the forum. NOW TV ask you to leave card details on your account for your account to remain active, so if you intend to come back at a later date or you have a NOW TV box that you will continue using I'd recommend leaving your card details on. You can always enable your payment PIN in your account http://account.nowtv.com/payment-pin if you want to make sure nobody in the household purchases passes by mistake.
However if you are sure you want your card details removed, you can ask live chat to do this for you.
To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

My 2 pence..... (GDPR) General Data Protection Regulations come into effect in May this year which will allow you to request what infomation Now TV (SKY really) and that you have the right for EVERYTHING that is classed as Personal infomation to be erased , this is only feasable if you are not an active customer and are not subscribing to their service.

when i click on the contact us the only option is about a forum, theres no live chat or email option

I have a pin set up.... yet I've been charged 3 times after cancelling subscription,,one charge the first occassion, then thet gave me free use, (didn't state how ling), now I find I've been cgarged again (2 months on this second unauthorised occassion).
Never had any notification of the charges, refuse to refund, can't remove my card details myself, refuses to allow blank details.
I'd delete my account, but do not trust deleteing the account without first removing card details... after all they've taken 3 payments I did not know about our authorise even with a pin set up against the card. Disgusted!!!!
If I wanted a movies pass I'd jolly well hobtonArgos and pay uo front for a fraction of the cost!
So on my experience, pretty safe to suspect these payments were set up by your kids. Now TV seem to think it's fine to help themselves, they cannot ge truseted with our card details even when they are pin protected.
