A few days ago I lost my credit card. As a result yesterday I received your e-mail that my payment for january is now overdue.
Last night I went to My Account and entered payment details of my new card.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find the option to make a manual payment in My Account.
How to avoid any misunderstandings and let me know what I need to do next.
