There are funds available, I've checked my card details, I've tried using my TV, My Phone, My laptop and paying by PayPal but it just won't take payment. The online chat dude is as much use as a chocolate tea pot - he's given me £6 credit for the inconvenience,which I can see has come off my bill, but it still won't allow me to pay so we still can't watch our show! Please can anyone tell me what's going on? thanks
Did you use the ‘Get help quicker’ which is a bot? Or live chat which is speaking with staff from NOW.
For live chat make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down,
Unless you're a broadband customer or billing is through BT there is no phone support whatsoever for the TV streaming with NOW.
