The error message I get says….there was a problem with your payment details….but I’ve managed to update them everywhere else. Any suggestions? Thanks

Have you tried the Community Search Box by typing something like "can't update my card details" or "new card isn't accepted" or something along those lines where i have seen a couple of workarounds posted by other customers that may or may not work in your particular case.
