Help! I can’t update my new card details.

The error message I get says….there was a problem with your payment details….but I’ve managed to update them everywhere else. Any suggestions? Thanks

Do you have a VPN active? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Have you tried the Community Search Box by typing something like "can't update my card details" or "new card isn't accepted" or something along those lines where i have seen a couple of workarounds posted by other customers that may or may not work in your particular case.

Thankyou for your reply. I've now fixed the problem. It turns out I needed
to use my card first using the chip and pin to activate the card.
