Hello,
This month I was charged for a Hayu pass which I didn’t ask for and I won’t be using.
Please can I be refunded?

Anybody else in the household has access to your playback devices with your account details on them (a good example is children or a close friend) and may have purchased a pass accidentally without your authority ?
Have you got a payment pin setup on your account to prevent this from happening where they can not buy passes without the pin number ?
To setup a payment pin go to My Account > Settings & Pins whilst logged in on here.
With regards to a refund i would normally point you towards live chat, but live chat is closed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Therefore instead go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here and under the FAQ " i have been incorrectly charged - what should i do ? " there should be a request form that you can complete and send back directly to NowTV.
