At a guess, you signed up for 6 months Entertainment? Is that correct?

Chat to the support team as I suggested earlier. You seem to have a got a free Cinema membership, but that becomes payable if you don't cancel it within the offer period.

Here’s what I mean about it being so easy to miss things.

And of course it didn’t say movies were free, it offered a 7-day free trial. Which, having run its course without being cancelled, has turned into a £9.99 monthly Cinema subscription, and Now have charged her the first month.
And then I said “At a guess, you signed up for 6 months Entertainment?” to which Syeda replied “No it’s monthly…(etc)” (and has a very accurate description of the process) so I should have said “At a guess, you signed up to pay monthly for 6 months of Entertainment?”, but what I was talking about was the obligation to keep going for 6 months, and not being able to cancel during that time. Which I hope Syeda understands.
But you can see she didn’t think she had signed up for cinema, and she hadn’t quite, but she had (been) signed up to a process that would need positive action on her part not to turn into a Cinema subscription. Which it has.
And I think Boost will be in there somewhere, if it hasn’t surfaced already.
So @Syeda , follow the link that @redchiz1 has given, and ask Now to reverse all the charges it has made for things you didn’t want, and didn’t think you had signed up for, and to cancel any ongoing subscriptions for those things.
All this hassle is just going to go on and on for new customers until Now embrace their recently added obligations to treat customers fairly, obligations which reiterate the requirement not to use ore-ticked boxes 😢
