Hi, all
We have just ordered Now Broadband which we installed a few days ago.
It seems I have a problem with the online account though. I have gone to the website to check the account summary and details as well as the broadband plan, however when I click on those the message, "well, that didn't go to plan" comes up in red.
I did have an account with Now in 2015, and the details of my old account are still there, but there is no updated account for 2022.
Can anyone help? It seems like Now hasn't merged this new subscription data in or something.

Assuming you have tried another browser? All I could suggest is calling the broadband team.
