I was charged £5 for a ‘boost’ payment. I didn’t add this to my account

Hello, 

I have a boost payment added to my account which wasn’t me. I can see the payment was made for £5 and is due to leave my account again in August. How do I stop this ?

Did you take the cinema and entertainment trial? If so this includes 7 day trial of boost then £5 unless cancelled.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Put a payment PIN on your account.

Go to live chat and request; removal of all devices and your refund.

Just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
