Day pass not starting

Hi all,

 

I have a couple of problems with NowTV and trying to get them resolved is a nightmare!

 

1) i have been charged for a sky sports day pass even though i didnt buy one

2) i want to take advantage of a sky sports offer (£20 for 3 months) but i can;t because i already have the above pass

3) i've started to watch sky sports on the mobile using the day pass to try and remove it from my account but it hasn;t been removed

4) i've tried to watch sky sports on the day pass on laptop and its not letting me.

 

And trying to talk to anyone at NowTV is  bit of a nightmare so i'm hoping you wonderful people can help.

Your best option is to fill this form out for a refund.

Check this link to confirm that you only have 1 account with your card details.

Then for passes not working head onto live chat and they will sort it out for you.

For Live chat make sure you select “Chat to an advisor”
