I signed up for NowTV directly, paying 6.99 for 6 months. I got a free trail to Cinema membership for 7 days and it auto renewed charging me £9.99. I cancelled and got confirmation that it was valid until 5 Sept. I’ve watched 2 x cinema films in the time since cancelling and 5 Sept and got charged for each. Why?

You don’t get charged for individual movies on Now.  How much were you charged for each movie? Do you have the dates of the charges?

Before you get trigger happy with cancelling boost. Have a read at this to show you what you’re getting.

Also when you go to cancel you’ll most likely be a retention offer. Which is what I have done since joining 8 years ago. Barely once or twice have I paid full price for most of my memberships.
