Charged full price for Entertainment pass

Despite being offered 3 months at half price, I just checked my bill and have been charged the full 7.99 for Entertainment pass. Tried calling 16/08/2018 19:00pm and after 30 mins waiting was cut off.

How can I get this resolved?

Hi there, as you are a TV customer we would not have a telephone line for you, its best to get in contact with us online.

I will check your account for you and email you a soultion as soon as possible.

I had an email back from [email removed] REF:03573627 (today) explaining that after an offer of 1 pound for one month I then got 3.50 for a further month. All subsequent months are now being charged at full price.

 

This isn’t acceptable as I specifically decided to stay subscribed due to the half price offer which is offered when you cancel. 

 

Please can you advise what I should do next, I will need to cancel my subscription if this cannot be resolved as I cannot currently afford £7.99 a month

How do I "chat" I dont see any options to do this.
