I have been trying for the last 2 days to update my card details on my account, however every time I press the "payment details" link it takes me straight back to the homepage. Is there any way round this or is this a problem with the website?

I am trying to update my payment details as well but it does not give the option on the screen to save the new details. I am unsure whether this is a glitch but it's annoying and there's nobody at customer service to ask

If you have a low house number, try giving it a leading zero or two.
