Change of account details

Hi all,

Long story short - going through a breakup and I'm moving out the house me and my partner share. The broadband account is under my name and billing information, but I don't want to take it with me when I leave the house. Can I just change the details of the account to my partner's name (with their permission of course, which has been agreed to) and that will be fine without any major issues? Or if there are issues what should I expect? Thanks in advance
