Cancelling

Please cancel my membership I have sent emails and tried getting your contact details this is getting ridiculous now! You have also been taking out “now boost” when I have not even asked for this !!!!

Secondly, it is up to YOU and YOU alone to manage your membership(s) with NOW. See this link and have a full read of it. This is because it will depend purely where you got the membership(s) from in the first place.

Thirdly, boost is part of every offer on the offers page of the website. Did you take anything out from here?

Fourthly, have a full read of what boost is al about before you say you don’t want it. Play the cancel game as I am paying £2 a month for it and have been for 20+ months.

Finally, for anything to be sorted out with a refund etc. You need to speak to staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Who even are you?

I did not even set up NOW tv I cancelled around 2 years ago yet I’ve only just realised that they’ve still been taking money out including £6 a month boost and do you not think I have tried? It won’t let me manage my account! I have tried ringing tried this poxy help crap and also emailed!

You seem to me that you have FAR to much time on YOUR hands !!

Use the final paragraph in my post to speak to staff. The call centre is for broadband customers ONLY.

If you’d bothered to read the links that @gavs82008 kindly gave you, you would have found this is a customer to customer Community; you aren’t speaking to Now, you won’t speak to Now here, and the best you can hope for is a well-respected Community member, in this case a recognised Community Contributor (that’s what the three stars are), a volunteer doing this in his own free time, and of his own choosing, to reply and guide you.

But you throw his help back in his face, which isn’t at all nice 😢

Maybe go and get some help with your anger management, come back when you are able to be civil, and to listen to good advice?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
