Sounds like you took out the 6 month saver, which means you are tied in until then. Should be full attention to the T&C of the offer you are taking out.
That said jump onto live chat and speak with staff to see what can be done. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Who are ‘they’? If you have talked to Live Chat, then it looks like you signed up for a six month plan, with a discount being the quid pro quo.
When did you sign up though? If it was less than fourteen days ago, then you are still in the cooling-off period, during which you have the right to cancel, so remind them of this.
OTOH, if ‘they’ is the Now Help, or the Nowbot, then you will get the runaround.
Talk to Live Chat if you haven’t already, or talk to them again if you are still in the 14 days - the following link leads you to direct contact with Now:-

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; the Nowbot, while it means well, doesn’t know its own limitations, and it won’t help you once you get to this stage. Also, don’t choose Request a Refund, even if that is what you want, as that will only deliver you to the Nowbot; pick something else.
