Being charged twice for my bill each month

I only have one account this needs to stop and money paid back its not far I work hard and love being with you our I will have to leave.

You don’t and wont speak to staff on here. The forum isn’t monitored in that way. 

What do you mean you’re being charged twice? Are you talking about two sets of £9.99? Which could be entertainment and cinema payments.

Check your account and for payments, what does it show?

If you feel that you didn’t request a membership, most offers do come with a free trial of the other nowadays from the offers section, which are clearly stated in the offer and its T&C. You can put a payment PIN on just to be safe.
