Cancelling membership

I cancelled my account in December and im still being billed 😕.

I want to speak to a human!! This is impossible 😠

Are we talking about a Broadband account? In which case call 0330 332 3050. For NOW TV, use the green Chat online button near the top of the page here. NOW won't this pick this up directly on the community.

To echo what @redchiz1 says you need to tell us what you’re talking about. NOW offer both TV and broadband. 

As for TV streaming you need to make sure you get the confirmation cancellation via email. Otherwise you didn’t complete the process to cancel it. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
