I have been paying for this subscription for months and it has not been  used, I tried cancelling it a few months ago and I have still been charged.

I take it you are referring to a NOW TV membership? Have you checked to see whether it is still active in My Account? Bear in mind that the there are several steps to the cancellation process with a number of "are you sure?" and similar messages along the way. You need to go though all the stages and finally you should get an email confirmation. Have you received such an email? To echo what @redchiz1 says, you also need to explain further which subscription your own about. NOW offer around 5 memberships!
