I signed up to now broadband (1 month contract) and my kit is in the post and due to arrive on the 15th May and to go live on the 19th.
I no longer require this broadband and want to cancel it, the monthly charge or £25 is due to come out on the 19th when the broadband goes live and I have already payed £60 for the kit.
I can not find a contact number to ring to cancel it and enquire if I will get my £60 back as I will be returning the kit as soon as I receive it.
I have tried looking for a number to ring to speak to an actual person but I can’t find one anywhere!! So if anyone has the number could I have it please? Can anyone offer any advice?

Either go to My Account > Orders & Appointments or Broadband & Calls (keep clicking on the Moving Home section) to find a telephone number for the NowTV Broadband Team to phone.
