updating payment details

hi ive just signed up for entertainment pass and it would change ny card cetails no matter what i do ive put my new card details but theres no confirm or ssave button to click for. can somebody help me with this.ive tried to use another browser,chat with live chat here and its just goin into circles and i cant find any customer support number of nowtv.

I think there is a silly problem where your address won’t be accepted if you have a small house number.

 

So if you live at, say, number 7, add one or more leading zeroes and try 07, or even 007, and see if the confirm/save button then appears.

 

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
