Cancellation fee

I cancelled my account. Wasn’t a free trial or offer I had been paying for months and I’m still being charged. I can’t seem to get hold of anyone!!! No phone number, no email address. The online chat is still a robot! I want my money back!

Are you being charged £9.99 or £5?

£5 is a charge for boost. Did you take out a membership such as entertainment or cinema? Which could have included boost as a free trial or add-on.

 

Boost is treated as a separate membership and needs to be cancelled also. This would explain why even though you cancelled your entertainment/cinema membership if you had unknowingly boost as well the charge for boost at £5 would continue unless cancelled. It’s always best to keep an eye on all active memberships within your account just to make sure.
