C-19 sport rebate

Hello,

I know this is a difficult time. When signing up for the £198 worth of F1 season I didn't imagine this. I would like to have the amount either repaid or credited to the account. Does anyone know how to make this happen?

lol - thanks for the tip, 

Looking across the entire forum seems a silly suggestion, given that f1 formula1 did not return anything, nor did the term rebate. Also odd that this subject is not handled progressively. Complaining that the provider does not fulfill their contract feels also like step 2.

Having said all that thank you for your response. It was helpful in part. (Chat is down and has been down for a few days now).
