I have had two payments taken out of my bank account this month and last.
The dates of the payments where 17th & 18th of February and 16th & 18th March both for £11.99.
I used to own a NowTV box (White Box) and the account I used for this was [email removed] but the box stopped working last year, so I purchased a new NowTV Stick but I could not connect this to my email account so I created an account using my wife's email account [email removed].
I had attempted to stop the payments for the NowTV (White box) last year but I can no longer log into this account, as when I try to log in I get an error message telling me "cannot find this account".
