And Now have contacted you to say they have cut you off? And given what reason?
Or is it just that your broadband has stopped working, for any of the myriad reasons it does that?
If so, call Now Broadband on any of these numbers, and ask them what the problem is:-
0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462 or 0330 332 3050, and maybe 0800 759 1213
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
