Switched a Month ago from Now TV Broadband to new provider due to price hike & cancelled within 30 day notice period of letter receipt, as per Now TV Broadband T&C's to avoid cancellation charge.
Bill debited from card - paid on 5/5/2020 for a full month in advance whilst still Now TV customer (service ended 7/5/2020). Was due a credit back to original payment method from date of last bill, credit due of £23.39 on 5/6/2020.
It's now 11th June, 5 Weeks from changeover date & refund does not appears in online banking.
Waited 90 minutes total via online chat with no response & gave up.
If Now TV could please look into this matter, I would be grateful.
