I've been getting charged for my 3 items twice each month fur some time now trying to sort it it is really hard anyone had trouble like this

I have just been charged for kids pass and boost and have not ordered neither ,email says change pin ,I live on my own and no children so does anybody have any idea what's happened 6.99 is a lot of money to me at the moment 😠
