Sky sports pass

I purchased a 3 month sky sports pass in March when all sorts was cancelled due to covid 19 does anybody know if now tv are offering refunds or anything else as there was no live sport to watch ?

Was it a three month pass or an offer for three months?

Also when did you start the pass?

I doubt you will get a refund, but you can raise a complaint and see what happens.

It was an offer for 3 months subscription which I started in March? 

Im not really bothered about getting the money back I was just curious if now tv we’re offering anything for people who payed for sky sports just as all live sports were cancelled ?

And why didn't you cancel it in April?

I presume the 1st weekend, before the announced that live sport will be stopping.

with everything that was going on it slipped my mind, it was a 3 month pass so I presume I couldn’t cancel it
