I've tried to fill out the incorrectly charged form but it ether takes me to a blank page or gives an error at the end, so I'm posting it here:
My 5 year old son got hold of the remote and started pressing buttons on it while it the TV was on a different HDMI channel. When I switched it back to now TV, a film was playing, he had activated Sky Cinema. If you can cancel this it would be most appreciated, and I will see if I can set up a parental lock of payments, thanks, Cameron.
