I cannot log in on the app

Hi I can log in on the website but not on the app can someone please help it keeps saying log in details incorrect password is case sensitive ect

Thanks for posting and apologies for the delay in responding and the issue you're faced with. Can you try and log into the app now for me please, if you have issues logging in still please re-post and we'll look into this further for you.
