iPhone app log in problems

I can't log into the iPhone app. It keeps saying that the login details are incorrect. I have restarted the router, reinstalled the app, reset the password twice and double checked the user name but still nothing.

I'm sorry for the issues you have encountered when trying to sign into your iPhone. 

Can you please let us know if you are able to sign into any other device?

I am also having issues with this. I can log in on the internet but not using the app. It is saying that my details are wrong. I hadn't logged out of the app so not sure why I got logged out. What can I do to get this sorted as my kids want to watch TV

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you've had issues signing in. Can you try and sign in now for me please. If you have any issues please let us know. Your kids should be able to view their shows again and give you a well earned break 🙂

I'm having this issue as of the last update to the iPhone app, signing in from my iPad functions so I know I have the correct username and password.
Uninstalled app, rebooted and installed app again and still no luck 😞
