Won't load!

Every time I try to open it I'm asked to check our internet connection on the Xbox one. We have tested it and it is fine but now TV won't even open and the same message appears - any help?

Thanks for your message and sorry about the delayed reply.

 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet, such as uninstall and reinstall, wired connection instead of wireless? 

 

Do you get the same thing with any other app?
