Now TV not playing on 2x Xbox One :/

I just bought the 3 months Entertainment Pass and when I load up the Now TV App, it doesn't play anything... my broadband is BT Infinity Fibre Optic and I've done a line test and my download speed is 41mpbs, and on the website it has suggested you need a minimum of 2.1mbps to stream the content... any help would be great as wanna catch up on walking dead 🙈

Oh and this is happening on 2 Xbox Ones... mine and my wee lads... 😥😔

Thanks for contacting us here can you tell us if you receive a error message or what exactly happens when you try to watch something. Also can you watch on any other devices apart from the Xboxs?

It's letting me watch on the app on my phone but on xbox ones it starts to load then screen goes blank 😞 I tried again this morning and same issue. Haven't tried on ps4 yet though x

No error message, it just stops loading and screen goes black. The white circle appears like it's buffering
