Somethings not right

Tried watching a few films now on the Xbox One app but then the message something's not right pops up. Tried everything already suggested but to no avail.
Ridiculous that I'm paying for this service and it's not working. Netflix and YouTube work perfectly fine on my Xbox.
I'm now paying for a service that I can't actually use. I would like some help or at least to prolong my membership since I can't view anything I'm paying for

Sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered on your Xbox. 

 

Can you please try signing into NOW TV through the Xbox browser and then try to sign in and play out on the app. 

 

If you still encounter this issue, can you please sign into your Router through the Xbox Browser and then sign out and try to play out again.
