I've watched 3 or 4 movies through the Xbox One and had no probs and was happy to continue with the movies when my trial ended. My trial was a 2 month movies pass acquired when buying my Xbox through Game in late November 2015, now it seems that my free trial has gone.
Would this be because I'm logging in using my Windows 10 laptop, all my devices are W10 (tablet, laptop, phone, desktop), except for the smart tv which is a Samsung. I still have to use the same log in details regardless of which machine I am using.
Any answers would be appreciated........

Thanks for posting.
As long as you're signing in with the same account it shouldn't matter what device you're using - if the voucher has been applied to that account it should work on everything.
When you say the 2 month offer has gone? have you checked under my passes and checked your purchase history to see when it runs out?
