programs wont play on laptop

Hello,

When I try to watch a program on my laptop it will not play and I get this error message:

There was an error starting the video stream. For more info, please go to nowtv.com/help.

I have tried watching the program on Firefox, Microsoft edge and I.E but all of them are displaying the same area.

i visit the help option but all I can find is where it tells me to use Firebox but ive done that and it still does not work.

Thanks for that, ive downloaded it

However It is still not playing.

see attachment for the error message I am getting.

I do give it a moment but it then goes back too the previous page.

@Anonymous User  are you using windows 8 or 10?  If so on 10 at least by the start button you get option to search.  Type Now TV there and it will bring up the app.

Try a reboot on your Router.

Also i am assuming that you are currently in the UK and not for example on hoildays outside the UK.

Have you got a VPN setup on either your PC or Router ?

I am from the UK but on hoilday in South Africa.

I am guessing this is where the problem is lying?

Yeah, that's the problem you can only use the NowTV service within the UK and that's the reason why you are getting the error on your PC.
