Simply not working at all

I try and watch on every browser and get the common graphics card issue - ive upgraded all my drivers and it still does not work.

 

I have then tried the windows 10 app and get 'somethings not right' message every time I try to play anything.

 

This is very poor service. Can I get this fixed or get a refund? I'm clearly not getting the service I paid for.

Sorry to hear that your having issues using our service.

 

Just wondering if you could let me know if you have Silverlight installed on your machine as you will require this for the browsers to work with NOW TV.

 

With regards to the App not working something must be blocking this, Do you have any anti virus software installed ? What Graphics Card are you using ?

 

Do you have any external display devices or recordable devices attached to your PC ?
