I am looking to get broadband in my flat, however, it tells me that its unavailable in my individual flat, but available in the rest of the building. Any idea why this is and how I can sort it out?
Do you have a BT/Openreach phone socket in the flat? Has there been a broadband service in the flat previously. Have you checked availability via other ISP's?
Yes I have these phone sockets and an active phone line, other providers say their service is available in my flat but NowTv is the best price/contract length wise for me.
It sounds like you need to speak to them. Now seem to make it particularly hard to find the correct number for different problems, but try customer service on 03303 323 050 or 0330 041 2516.
