self installation did not work, have tried all of the troubleshooting and they didn't work. I only see 2 lights on my hub 2 (the light for internet is not and has not lit up ever)
I need help but I have no mobile service in my flat so I'm confused how I am supposed to call when I can't call in my flat
there is no way to get thru to any human at this company and it is beyond ridiculous

Have you tried connecting a phone handset to the master socket? If that doesn't work you will need to report it to Now. https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-submit-a-broadband-complaint1
Calling is definately preferable, but there is a link you can use.
How are you posting on here if you have no broadband or mobile service?

@Jayach obviously I was away from my flat at the time to make the post. I finally got thru to a human who after multiple more calls and insisting they send an engineer, they sent an engineer who realized they installed the wrong line. Once it was fixed WiFi was up and running fine.

You need to wait till the line is activated for anything to work.Which can take up to midnight.
