Hello,
We have recently moved into our new flat and have activated our broadband hub on the 11th of March as stated this being the activation date. The hub box works but the internet light will not turn on. We have tried unplugging everything and attempting again and reset the box but the internet light will not turn on and we are now after the activation date. Am I doing something wrong or is there something else I should be aware of?

Assuming nothing weird went on and your date changed, check this to triple check.

To get the call centre info, you want to use the 'How to get in touch' drop down. Make sure to be signed in though.

@gavs82008 all morning I have been checking but it now says 12th March even though the kit activation date said the 11th
